(International) Survivor District
Create town districts that players can only enter with 0 deaths.
*Edit*
Alternatively let us create a character with a "hardcore" flag (just 1 life) and supply districts where these can form groups.
Idea spawned from recent discussions about the merrit of a survivor title. Survivor is a controversial title, as contenders usually have a mindset different from your usual PUG member.
Survivor District is therefor a "hardcore" district, where likeminded players can form groups.
No idea what should happen to someone dying in such a group - resurrection should not work, though vengeance should.

how many people you know (exept Pvp chars and noobish chars)
who have 0 deathes?
i mean come'on
you'll never get a group of 6-8 ppl.
(guessing its a town district so pvp chars dont have access there)
but its a nice general idea, a private district. maybe for Guilds?

Those survivor title hunters for example. At least everybody and his brother talks about giving it a try eventually.
Might even develop into a kind of roleplay area - basically its hardcore, like with D2 or Sacred. The problem is that hardcore only works when everyone has the same fear of dying over his/her head - or when the incompetent are purged by natural selection.
But I see the same problem in total numbers, that's why I suggested an international district.

[sarcasm]Yes! Yes! I need to be able to group with warriors with zero deaths! Then they can run forword and die instead of me(pawns first)!!!!![/sarcasm]
Anyways back to the point. There are not enough people out there going for survivor for this to work. It would be as empty as todays internation district. It just won't work. most people who go for the survivor get it by beign power leveled. There would not be enough people in this district to make a group.

actually.. sounds like fun... thougnt not very pratical and probably not going to be that many people joining that district at first place, but still do seem fun.
Can always do a delet character on death thing too. For hardcordness.

Survivor title bothers me, it means one of three things. 1. You were rushed to lvl 20 without doing anything by friends. 2. You were extremely fortunate to get incredibly good groups along the way. 3. You play the game way too carefully (yeah your the warrior that runs back behind the casters after you drop below 75% life).

Yes - and no.
I prefer hardcore to normal play, because there's a penalty for playing dumb. Death. This usually leads to a more close-knit community. If you're not reliable then you may solo anyway. GL to you.
Quitters are the trouble when hardcore players try to play in a "soft" environment. Other people may have other goals (like speed), and idiots are not weeded out.
I don't really care for the survivor title - that's ANets try at a hardcore feature. But it doesn't mix well with normal PvE / PUGs.
